Paper Craftin with Erica

100% Royal

My latest craze is my new Bind-it-All machine. I absolutely love it. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it as soon as I got it… alter more coasters! I made a gorgeous little notebook for my daughter, whom love, love, loves to journal and write notes.

I used 4×4 pieces of TAC patterned paper and adhered it to the coasters. I used a sanding block to sand the edges and corners for a nice rustic look (perfect with the “rustic” paper line). I used glue on the flamingo’s boa and feather hat and sprinkled it with glitter.

The 100% Royal stamp was perfect for my daughter. I used a pop dot for that one, giving it some dimension.

I cut up some of my scrap lined notebook paper and bound it with the two coasters. On the front inside I stamped a journaling block so that she could write whatever she wanted, as well as another perfect princess sentiment. As a finishing touch, I used stickles on the front cover… running it along some of the patterns on the paper.

Merceydeis absolutely adored it and, as a matter of fact, is still carrying it around.
