I papercrafted these pendants and they are so cool. I got the idea from my pal, Jill. She did a great job. I used the paper collections from The Angel Company and a sanding block to sand the edges down. I used Tim Holtz distress inks to ink the edges.
Yep, that's right. They're Scrabble tiles! I cut the paper to specification, glued it on with mod podge and then sanded the edges after it dried. After stippling the edges and sides with distress ink, I applied glossy accents to the top of tile. Let it dry overnight!! When dry, attach the pendant loops on the back with the same glossy accents. Let it dry overnight!! I used crackle accents (instead of glossy accents) on some of them for an aged look. Be sure to show me your work if you try it!
NICE! You did a great job!
Cute, cute! I love these. You did a great job.
Do you know I LOVE this!! I don’t remember Jill talking about this!
I think this is so neat. You can also make these to scrap with, or put on ATC’s. Great job. I will totally have to try this!
These are great! I’ve seen something like this but they used dominos.

Very pretty, and unusual. My two criteria for great accessories. You have done great job. I loved your idea of making necklace at home.
