The topic for Lesson 8, in Art Journaling class by Marit, was Doodling. I seriously love to doodle. You should see my desk work pad and my sticky note pads. Every time I'm on the phone, I end up with 3 pages of doodling. The page is pretty basic. I added a picture of my daughter, a journaling card and some puffy embellishments… and I doodled away!
Lesson 9 in class was Colors, Feelings & Symbolism. I chose purple as my theme. It's my favorite color and, apparently, it really does fit my personality. Purple is a cool color associated with royalty, authority, nobility, profusion, independency, and spirituality. Perfect fit, huh?
This class by Marit ended a while back. I just haven't had a chance to post my last creations. My final post about art journaling will be the final piece… all bound together. Stay tuned… and don't forget to visit Marit's site if you're interested in learning about art journaling. It's so much fun! XOXOXO
