Here I am with the start of my Move More Eat Well scrapbook. I'm taking a class at Big Picture Classes regarding moving more and eating well for 2014. It's a month-long class with daily prompts and weekly goals. It's my first, what I like to call, hybrid scrapbook. The cards are all digitally created, right down to the journaling. However, I matted and added the cards and pictures to a "physical" scrapbook. Check out my week one pics!
Cool, huh?! It's been super fun and the instructor is amazing! I haven't had much time to partake in the discussions or gallery, but I'm pretty proud of what I've done so far. I only feel so-so because my goals haven't turned into reality, let alone dreams, yet. I've been slacking. With the start of a new semester, a new year for the business, healing from surgery, and the general craziness of life, I've let my goals slip through the cracks. Ugh! However, this class is motivating me, so I'm going to start working on these goals NOW! I'll be back in a week to show you my next set of pages for my Move Well Eat Well scrapbook! XOXOXOXO
